In celebration of Mississippi Records 20th Anniversary, we bring you the greatest band in the cosmos - the Sun Ra Arkestra.
Lead by Marshall Allen (98 years young and going strong) who has been in the band since 1956 and carry's the spirit strong. The Arkestra will play three distinctive sets of cosmic music over 3 nights. Their music encompases many styles - big band, spiritual jazz, experimental sounds, space chanting, and just about everything else. Come watch these true masters take it to the next level. Cosmic tones for mental therapy not to be missed.
