Joey Pecoraro
is an American musician and record producer from Detroit, Michigan. He rose to prominence in the lo-fi hip hop movement of the late 2010s with the title track from his self-released debut studio album Tired Boy.

This album also spawned the track "Finding Parking", which was used as the musical base of "All Night Parking" from British singer Adele's album 30

He is not part of a scene, not a great communicator – his music became known through the Internet.

From the unfathomable depths of the Soundcloud producers, however, he stands out clearly because he knows how to create soundscapes from snippets of vocals, wind instruments, drums and basses, that work for both in a hip fashion boutique, a club or as a soundtrack for one in sepia tones held Art House movie.

Always changing between yesterday, today and tomorrow. One thinks of Wu-Tang Clan, Herbie Hancock & De La Soul, feels the scratching of diamond on black vinyl, inevitably nodding the head.

Beats have not sounded so effortless, organic and groovy in a long time.
